Our opening hours for phone orders, trade counter collections and processing purposes are:
We aim to keep most items in stock and ship the next working day i.e. Monday to Friday (online and phone orders must be placed by 16:00 GMT/BST to qualify).
UK deliveries will normally be sent by courier or 1st class post. Orders shipped to outside the UK are sent by air mail or courier.
If an item you order is not in stock, we will e-mail you to let you know. In most cases, the order will be sent when all the items are available. However, in some cases we reserve the right to cancel the out of stock item. This may apply if we know the missing item is not due in for some time. In other cases, we may choose to send the item when available.
The back order item will only be charged to your card at the point of dispatch.
The Customer is responsible for both the costs of, and the arrangements for the return of the goods to XPA. The goods must be returned unopened and unused in the same condition as in which they were supplied within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
Any refund will be executed in the same way that payment was made originally by you and will be made within 30 days following return of the goods. XPART LIMITED will not be liable to provide a refund unless goods have been returned.
